Auto Text - Chat Widget

We can install the chat widget on your website allowing customers and prospects to be able to message you. The Auto Text workflow will notify you of a new website message and wait for you to follow up with your lead. If you don't follow up quickly enough, it will send them a message letting them know you will be back with them shortly to answer questions or needs.

Auto Text - FB Messenger

Integrating Kyrios with Facebook Messenger will allow contacts to message you through your Facebook page. The Auto Text workflow will notify you of a new Facebook message and wait for you to follow up with your lead. If you don't follow up quickly enough, it will send them a message letting them know you will be back with them shortly to answer questions or needs. After too long of a delay, the system will notify everyone on your team so you don't lose out on new customers.

Auto Text - Google

Integrating Kyrios with your Google Business Profile will allow contacts to message you through Google directly. The Auto Text workflow will notify you of a new Google message and wait for you to follow up with your lead. Integrating Kyrios with Instagram will allow contacts to message you through your Instagram profile. The Auto Text workflow will notify you of a new Instagram message and wait for you to follow up with your lead. Auto Text - Missed Call

Kyrios allows you to have a phone number for sending SMS messages. Invariably, someone will attempt to call that number. We will forward that number to your business phone number. If you don't answer, the Missed Call workflow can send a text message to the caller to let them know that you were on the phone or away from the phone and ask them what they need help with. It will notify you of a new missed call and text sent and wait for you to follow up with your lead. If you don't follow up quickly enough, it will send them a message letting them know you will be back with them shortly to answer questions or needs. After too long of a delay, the system will notify everyone on your team so you don't lose out on new customers.

Hard Bounce Recovery

Bounces happen. Email addresses go bad, people change jobs, or even simply changing email addresses. The Hard Bounce Recovery system will help identify your bounced emails to keep your system clean. For prospects that you should no longer follow up with, it will tag them with bad email address and prompt you to delete those prospects once per month. For customers, it will create a task to remind you to contact the customer and get a good email address so you can continue to communicate regularly.

Happy Birthday (Extra)

In today's age of fewer and fewer real relationships, something as simple as wishing people a happy birthday goes a long way in growing and maintaining relationships. What better way to endear someone to your company than birthday well-wishes? The Happy Birthday automation will send your contacts a happy birthday message. All you have to do is make sure to collect their birthday and the rest is handled!
